  • How big does my company have to be to partner with STRATA7?
    STRATA7 prides itself in being able to meet the needs of any size customer. Whether you have 5 seats or 5,000 we have a solution for you.
  • Will I get to keep my current phone numbers?
    Likely, yes. STRATA7 can port all Toll-Free Numbers you currently have and local numbers are based on the portability of the service location’s address. We can verify portability quickly once provided a list of numbers you wish to port. Please reach out to one of our STRATA7 team members for more info.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    At STRATA7, we do not require contracts for most services. However, for those customers who wish to sign a term commitment and/or pay annually are eligible to receive discounted pricing for their services. We want to be your business partner, not just a vendor.
  • What if I'm under contract with another carrier?

  • What are my billing options?
